For those of you in the process of updating your software to 7.3, here are a couple of tips that might help you.
- Calyx recommends that you move all employees to 7.3 at the same time. Once you open a loan file in 7.3, do not open that file in the 7.2 version. For more information, visit this Knowledge Base article.
- Customer Support is taking calls as fast as they can; however, the wait time increases as the morning moves into afternoon – reaching up to an hour at times. Early morning through about 10am CST seems to have the lowest hold time. You can always email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get general help as well.
